LEED® Reporting and Compliance
Reporting
We’ll break down the details of every container of waste and recyclable materials hauled from the site (broken down by date of the haul, material type and weight or volume of each load).
Summary – The summary will show the total weight of materials salvaged, recycled and disposed as well as the destination for each load of material.
Project End Summary – This report summarizes all recycling activity by material type and period and will show the total waste diverted for the entire project.
Acceptable Recyclable Materials
- Wood – Clean, untreated, unpainted dimensional wood, free of nails or other fasteners (Wood pallets may be acceptable with paint and/or fasteners)
- Drywall (Unpainted)
- Cardboard, Bottles and Cans
- Concrete and Asphalt (Rebar and Mesh free)
- Metal – Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals
